Had a phone interview and this position is nothing but glorified slave labour. They are looking for a full-time office administrator who will work for nothing. They're offering a fixed term three month contract, to be continuously extended on the same terms. The interviewer stated there would be no chance of future progression within the company as they seek a loyal administrator, content with booking flights, accommodation, answering calls and translating documents all day, everyday for their life. No mentoring was offered. The interviewer noted my banking and financial educational background but stated there would be "no chance" of progressing to an analyst role. This does not align with ambitious individuals. There is absolutely no incentive in doing an internship with this company. No money, no future, no mentoring, no learning and development, no respect.
