Career Fair event for college graduate and undergraduate students. Interviews included a ~30 minute discussion including questions about previous experience as well as general questions not necessarily work related. There were two people interviewing and there was a follow-up 15 minute phone call.

I went to a short pre-liminary interview, followed by another interview. The second interview was long but I was hired the same day.
