I applied for the job online and
Some one called me the very same day to scheduled an interview.
The ADON offered me a job about 25 minutes into the interview. She then took me and introduced me to the administrator. We discussed starting pay and set up a time for general orientation.

The interview started by the ADON walking me around the facility and introducing me to staff. There were no difficult questions.
