First round interview with Hiring Manager
Second round interview with six peers from various company departments. Overall a great process, the peer interview was interesting because they asked a lot of questions I wasn't expecting

Interview
The interview process was innovative and completely different than anything I’ve experienced. The virtual interviews, the pre-screen video interview was simple and well designed. I felt like I was able to get a full understanding of the job, company and culture. It was easy to interact with the people in each interview even though we were not face to face in person.

Interview
The interview process was extremely well spelled out, step by step, and makes you feel as if you are working with a company who uses technology the right way. The peer interview with 5+ team members gives you a feel for the culture in the company which is also very helpful. While lengthy, Daxko is very transparent in the process from start to finish and quick to provide information.
