Interview
The main elements of their interview process were a cognitive test, self-paced interview, team lead interview, and team interview. I felt like I received feedback in a timely manner. The People’s team made me feel comfortable enough to contact them at any time to ask questions. I think their frequent communication throughout the interview process really sets them apart from any other interview experiences I've had. I specifically really like their concept of the self-paced initial interview that allows you to interview on your own time at your own pace.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three steps: virtual interview (answering questions and having them recorded), interview with the team leads, and a final interview with other Project Managers which required you to put together a presentation then answer some follow up questions from your soon to be peers.

Interview
Multiple stage interview process which included a cognitive test and presentation as well. All steps were done remotely. Interviews were zoom meetings with multiple representatives. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant.
