I attended an Open House hiring event. Brief interviews with different department heads. Very relaxed atmosphere as this was basically a screening before progressing to the next level .
I was instructed to visit two of their communities and spend time with the onsite agents. I can only assume that was also part of the interview process.

Two people interviewing, one watching more for body language etc. Easy process if you know your strengths and weakness. Recruiters was especially friendly and easy to talk with. Pre interview online cognition tests.

It's a long process but they want to be sure to have the right fit and have long term employees. Had to take two tests that measured intelligence and personality.
