I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at David Lewis & Associates (Melbourne, FL) in Apr 2019
Interview
I walked in to such a warm greeting from the front desk! The two ladies, I interviewed with got right to the point and stated what they’re looking for. Which for me, was pretty transparent and appreciated. They seemed impressed enough with my education, background and experience. Hope I hear back from them soon!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked why I was previously employed at a company for such a short time.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at David Lewis & Associates (Melbourne, FL)
Interview
Phone call followed by Skype interview and in-person interview. I arrived early and was escorted to an empty conference room a good 15 minutes late. The fact that they were late in seeing me was not even recognized. After the interview began, it felt like the interviewers were trying to argue with me or get me to snap. There was no "get to know you" type of conversation. My mind was made up halfway into the interview that I would not want to work for this organization if was going to be treated as they did during the interview.
The receptionist seemed very nice though. I spoke with her for quite a while before my interview.

Question 1
How would you respond to a manager questioning why you are in their dealership to consult with them.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at David Lewis & Associates (Melbourne, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
I Interviewed with a sales manager and then David Lewis himself (Which David has a creepy feel) I believe the Sales Manager was Mary, in my opinion she is way over qualified to work for such a joke of a company. David Lewis believes he is the top trainer in the industry when infact he is not known. Out of several hundred dealerships I contacted maybe 2% heard of David Lewis and most of them had nothing good to say. I was ripped up and down several times due to David Lewis ripping his customers off for thousands of dollars. Dealerships would cancel their services with the company and David would continue to charge them in hopes they wouldnt notice.
