I received an invitation to interview via email. The recruitment officer was very kind and professional. I then had an online video interview with a member of the team and they weren't very cordial. The interviewer didn't seem like they wanted to be there and was dressed in casual clothes because they were working from home. They could've had at least tried to appear more professional. They were also asking questions in a way that was trying to catch me off guard, rather than neutrally elicit an answer from me.

Interview
Several rounds long and had two interviews with hiring manager. Recruiter was not very responsive or timely and there were weeks between contact and interviews. The recruiter did not seem interested or seem to care about the hiring process, however the hiring manager and team was very helpful and open.

Interview
Contacted two weeks after submitting an application. This was followed by HR screen who was lovely throughout the process. It really made a difference in the interview process and definitely one of the best interviews I've had. Then followed by a 30-minute call with the hiring manager.
