Classic interview process with a first call with a recruiter, followed by a first technical test, homework and a full panel of 4 interviews on a half-day. The homework is very time-consuming for little to no added value. They will validate it without giving you constructive feedback and when a doubt arises at the end of the process on a specific skill, they will not go back to your homework to confirm or infirm the doubt. I consider it a negative experience because of the huge amount of time spent on the process and the fact that one of the interviewers was clearly too junior to conduct interviews. Nevertheless I want to mention that all the other interviewers I exchanged with were very knowledgeable and kind.
