Pretty long process (6 steps, including preliminary call with recruiter). Pretty "strict" evaluation, aimed more on broad knowledge and coding (live coding interview) without taking in consideration different cybersecurity backgrounds.
Different expectations and evaluation criteria between what's asked during interviews and what's and the hiring manager shared in a preliminary call. After pointing out such thing to the recruiter the explanation was that what the hiring manager wants it's a vision but the interview it's standardized.
