Five minutes before my interview I get an email from the interviewer saying that she wasn't going to be there and instead was going to another team member interview me. When I joined the call, I got effectively zero information on the position or any basic interview conversation. We went straight into technical questions. The interviewer had clearly not read my resume and clearly did not want to be there. Totally unfair interview and colossal waste of time. I wouldn't have expected that from this company.
