Interview
They asked very basic questions like the pseudocode of binary search and string size finder. They were very helpful and let me know my weak points as well. they interview happened in 2 phases where they required knowledge of DBMS, spark and oops.
The interview started with questions based on my resume, followed by detailed discussion on my projects, technical concepts, challenges I faced during development, some theoretical questions, and a few basic aptitude and problem-solving questions
Initial Screening: A preliminary call with the recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role.
Technical Discussion: A second-stage interview with a Senior Data Engineer to assess technical knowledge and experience.
Competency Assessment: Completion of a structured SQL test to evaluate problem-solving and technical proficiency.
Final Panel Interview: A comprehensive panel interview focusing on both technical and competency-based questions

Quite disappointing not to be treated properly even after a multitude of LinkedIn posts mentioning that they are allegedly hiring.
A long way to treat candidates properly even during the offer period.
