The interview process was very well organized. First I spoke to the Staff Sourcing Recruiter to get familiarized with the company and just get a little background of myself. Next I interviewed with the hiring manager where I learned more about the role. The next round was a series of interviews with members of the PMO team to see how my fit would be with them, talk my experience and what I'm bringing to the table, and learn more about their experiences at Databricks. Throughout the process, I would talk to Talent Advisor on how things were going. It was a great experience for me and I really enjoyed getting to know everyone throughout the process.
