Quite awful.
As soon as I dialled into the call no small talk pleasantries...
"WHY DATABRICKS"
"WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE CLOUD"
I was quite taken a back at the aggressiveness of the interview and I always like to think I am a calm candidate who is always able to make the interviewer smile and laugh and build a rapport with them but this just instantly put me off.

Interview
The interview process is long, but very well organized and fair. The expectations for each interview are communicated clearly and every interviewer was very polite and honest. If I had to design an interview process in the future I would use the process I went through here as a template.

The interview questions are very fair. you do not need previous knowledge of databricks to pass, but review concepts on data science/ML, big data, data management, cloud and programing skills with python/sql.
