Initial phone screen with a senior member of the company. Gives an opportunity to ask questions and hear about the position including its role and responsibilities. If you pass, it's followed by a technical round with the team lead. The technical questions are straightforward and fairly simple. They use these as an opportunity to see you reason about the problem and deal with feedback.
