The interview process had 3 stages : first interview was with a recruiter, the second call was the English check, and the final stage was the interview with the Hiring Managers. The process took about 2 weeks.

Fue un proceso rápido, buscaban a un senior en React y yo soy junior, igual me dieron la oportunidad, la primera entrevista fue de unos 20min para conversar, la segunda fue en ingles, una técnica en vivo y duro 1h. Las preguntas no eran difíciles sino confusas, el entrevistador fue super agradable y también te daba tips para resolver el ejercicio.

No tenias que codear, te ponían ejercicios y preguntaban que retorna esto o como seria mejor resolverlo y porque funciona así, diferencias entre var, let y const, entre arrow functions y functions, clousures, modificar objetos, react usememo, manejo de Redux, react context, nada muy complicado
