I've sent my CV and hiring process started with contact with HR via Skype. Interview consists of 3 stages: english language testing by phone, skills interview and interview with office supervisor. Every stage goes with about a week interval. Interview results and offer have been made right after last stage of interview. When you are hired, company takes care of all preparations - workplace, paper work, introduction etc.
