First step - speacking english phone interview.
Then - skype interview with develeper.
Next - test task for checking technical skills.
After I had phone call with offer. I accepted of course)
Task was interesting and not so hard for me, but I think - it can show my skills in good way.

The most difficult for me was language test, because I have no speaking practice.

Initial commeunications was one and half year ago. That 2 times I haven't enought experience. But last time was 2-3 months ago and after I went to skils test at emploeer office. After and month later a got offer and apply it.
