Selection process: request to purchase a digital artwork to go on with the technical assessment After answering to a job post I received some instruction on how to contact the HR and scheduling an interview on teams. We do not have an interview but a message in the chat where I received the Technical Assessment for a graphic desiogn position. Here the candidate IS ASKED TO PURCHASE an artwork according to the instruction received from the Art Director, from a recommended digital art vendor. Since I never received this kind of request during a selection process, I asked for the suggested digital art vendor link, but I do not receive any answer. It's useful both for the candidates and for the company to share immediately in the job post that the candidate needs to purchase something in order to proceed with the technical assessment. It will be faster and time-saving for both the candidate and the company be immediately aware of this step in the selection process.
