Dandelion Energy interview questions

The interview process was very quick and time efficient. They had an overall concern with making sure they werent impacting my life personally. Met with current CEO and Founder, along with board of director members.

I did many rounds of interviews and a take home test. It's super frustrating to not get any feedback, but I guess that's 2023. Overall, while I was disappointed not to be offered a position, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise as the pay was below market rate. I was willing to deal with that because I loved the company mission and I liked the people I interviewed with.
