Long Process, HR reviews your online application not Resume, typical questions. The bad is, the questions really do not explain who you are and your past work experiences. Best to take the time to go in to detail at some point within your interview about what you feel is important.

Explain your Management Style? Why is diversity important? What would you do if someone did something illegal?
You have to present a 90-day plan and then answer a series of questions in a panel for an hour. If you make it past the first round, then you meet with the director.
