Had a one way interview using SparkHire and didn't hear back from Dalberg for several months for an update. It was frustrating to wait for months only to receive a generic rejection email

Provided a development scenario and asked how I would handle
Multiple rounds including recorded interviews, timed assignment, case interviews, behavioral interview (all virtual), each with progressively more senior staff. Incredibly low touch process for the amount of work it entails from candidate (only coordinate through HR process and even after putting in 5+ hours into process, automated rejection). Hope it isn't indicative of broader company culture!
The interviewers were kind and professional.They asked case study questions and technical questions.They gave me time to explain my approach and were not in a haste.My interview did not feel like an interview rather a conversation
