I was contacted by a recruiter and had a 20 minute phone interview. I had an in-person interview the next week and an (in person) excel test a few days after that. Was offered the position later that afternoon. Drug test and background check were the following week. Overall process took about 3 weeks. I met with 3 different people and one HR rep. Everyone was really nice and personable. They knew exactly what they needed for the role.
