Interview
They had me doing 3 interviews. First was a screening by a recruiter or HR. The second was a panel of like 4-5 people virtually bc of covid (some were social workers but most were facility administrators). The last was a 1-1 with the facility administrator at the location I was applying for to make sure she liked me and I would be a good fit. Everyone was super nice and the interviews were good and not too long. I had a positive interview experience because everyone was so kind.

Question 1
“Tell us about yourself” and (paraphrasing) “Tell us a time when you had to improvise how you communicate something with a client/pt to ensure they understood you”.
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.
Apply, recruiter phone interview, forward resume to hiring manager, hiring manager and additional staff from dept of choice video/ in person interview, job offer.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
