      Recruiter Interview

      Aug 22, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Aug 2016

      Interview

The interview process was fairly quick. The management team really knew what they were looking for and were knowledgeable about the company. Overall it was a great experience and I am happy I took the position.

      Recruiter Interview

      Feb 12, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Tulsa, OK
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at DaVita (Tulsa, OK)

      Interview

I was scheduled multiple times before I had an actual interview, they would cancel or ask to reschedule sometimes minutes before the start time. None of the people I interviewed with were people I actually ended up working with, so if you can just get through that part, the hiring team doesn't usually reflect the smaller team you work with. They use behavioral interview style, meaning they want tangible examples of what you've done in the past and will ask follow up questions to try and get specific details about the circumstances, outcome, and how you contributed. For leadership and clinical roles, they also use an assessment to determine fit for the role. Take it seriously, and in one sitting, they use those results to screen out a percentage of applicants, and you can't retake if for one year.

Tell us about a time when your team was overwhelmed by their workload. How did you respond/contribute to a resolution?

      Anonymous employee
      Irving, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at DaVita (Irving, TX) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Crazy...hour long phone interview...invited to come in...3.5 hour interview with a Sr. Recruiter. 4 hour interview with Director (she was amazing). Process was crazy. Who has 8 hours for an interview?

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Generic questions. The person I interviewed with was super nice, but she was very old school in her approach. Did not ask situational type questions at all.
