Interview
Telephone interview, then face to face with department manager and supervisor. They seemed to be most interested in learning if you would accept the job rather than if you were qualified for it.
You have a scheduled one hour phone screening with recruiter then you await for the local regional to review and call you in for an in person interview. They are very specific.
