telephone interview , was scheduled by the HR about 2 weeks before the interview. the interview went as per schedule and was decent enough , there were two rounds of interview and then the offer was sent out , there was not much negotiation
Simple. Give you a competency test and then a quick interview. Nothing unusual. Meet with a few people to evaluate fit and background. recruiter is responsive and little delay in communication.
