There was a panel interview in front of three managers. Questions were STAR based. There was a preparation by HR on STAR type questions. HR had to make a business case as to why interviewee should be hired

Tell me about a time when you had to balance multiple tasks at once
I had a phone screen and was then invited to an in person interview. It was an unnecessarily long interview. I met with several different employees. The interview took up most of my day. A lot of redundant questions were asked. The questions were not difficult.
