Over the phone interview first. 3-person panel.
Lots of questions about schooling what was learned in school. and Multiple interview process. Asked why I was interested in working at company.
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
