2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple, the whole interview was based off the STAR method. That is how they expect you to answer every single question, so definitely learn about that if you do not know it already. The interview itself was pretty laid back, traveled to Detroit and had the interview on site.
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
