The initial set up was quick, asked to come in within a week. Met with the entire team, followed by round two with managers. Then I never heard from Recruiter.

Interview
I applied online and had a simple first round phone call soon after. It was only 15 minutes and asked behavioral questions only. I was contacted for an in-person interview a few days later. After the in-person interview, I received an offer the next day.

My manager did most of the talking. She asked what my skills were and that was the only real question I remember being asked.

Interview
This is a behavioral in interview. The HR lady seems like a nice person to talk with. One thing that international students who need sponsorship should notice is that the company do not have sponsorship quota for 2016, but the policy might be open for more quota next year. The other thing that I am a bit disappointed with is that HR did not call me on time, instead I rescheduled twice for just a phone interview. Wish you guys the best.
