I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DTCC (New York, NY) in Aug 2010
Interview
Standard boilerplate questions. If you're interviewing from an internal position, you'll be in contact with an HR person through their Lotus notes-based application system, otherwise you'll likely make more than one trip to the offices at 55 water and speak to HR and then one or more sessions with hiring managers.
Questions were standard fare:
Tell me about yourself? What do you know about DTCC? Why do you want to work here? Tell us how your previous experience would translate to the project work here?

Question 1
Tell me about your current project work experience.
at first you do a hirevue with standard questions like why do you want to work here, stuff like that. then you go to final round. I apparently did well and was told I will hear back within a week but had to follow up twice after a month and was ghosted.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DTCC (Bellingham, MA)
Interview
Started out with HireVue, an automated process in which you interview yourself, it was awful. However, after getting to the next round and meeting with the hiring manager and executive management, I really enjoyed it. Interesting and very personable people.

I applied through website and I got the call immediately
