Initial Phone Screening - relevant experience in export/import operations, knowledge of relevant regulations
Video Interview: by a hiring manager. discuss my background, experience, and assess my communication skills and fit for the role.
In-person Interview: involve meeting with multiple team members, or departments manager to focus specific experiences, problem-solving abilities, and assessing cultural fit within the organization.
