Contacted by external recruiter initially. Started with a ~30+ minute phone interview before on site interviews. Series of panel interview with team members from several teams as well as managers. Two at a time. Pretty intense back and forth rapid fire questioning in some cases. A little good cop bad cop too to try to see how you react. Extremely technical questions along with brain teasers or impractical scenarios.
