DRINKS interview questions

I initially received an email from HR wanting to schedule a time to talk. I gave them my schedule and did not hear back for 3 weeks. They reached out, apologized, and scheduled a time to talk to the hiring engineer. The chat was great and in the end, I had received an offer for a second interview. He told me he would reach out within a day or two. I never heard back. I attempted to connect with the employee on LinkedIn as well as Email HR, to no avail.
