Talked to 3 different DPR Employees. Asked regular behavioral questions and some construction circumstantial questions such as "What would you do in this scenario..?" An example is is what would you do if a subcontractor was behind schedule, how would you handle that?

Initial phone call followed up by an in-person interview with an hr recruiter and project manager. In the interview they ask basic questions about your past experience and what you’re looking for in an internship
Very easy online interview after application. They ask you a couple questions and tell you about the job. If you're going for full time they might ask you to go to one of their offices in person for a full day intervf iew process

Questions: involved series of standard interview questions after a career fair scheduled for the next day. They interviewed several students with a list of everyone they interviewed. I was first. They didnt ask any technical questions which i was scared for. All were questions about myself and how i would fit into the company.
