It was mostly a behavioral interview. Questions like what do you do on the weekends, what is the best method for you to learn. co-curricular activities, etc. They took more than 45 days to get back to me and never replied to my emails.

4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.

Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
