DOCS interview questions

I applied online and received a reply from a no-reply address stating "What happens next? A member of our recruitment team will review your application and contact you within 2 weeks if you are suitable for job opportunities we have available." It's been 4 weeks and not a word. It's not possible to verify the status of your application online either. I didn't realise it when I read it but so their policy appears to be that you will be ghosted if you are not considered suitable.

Per Telefon und hat 30 min gedauert. Die Interviewerin ist eine cra linemanager Manager aus Uk und die Fragen umfassten fachliche Kenntnisse und Umgang mit Stress. Das Gespräch war kurz und ein Drittel der Zeit war über die Firma, die eigentlich Icon gehört aber eigene Systeme noch zusätzlich benutzt. Ein zweites Gespräch über Gehalt folgte nach 3 tagen
