The interview process is in person and focuses on who you are as a person and your past experiences. They explain you the daily expectations of the job and are very flexible and accommodating to helping you grow in your role and the knowledge of their business.

What do you expect to get out of this job?
How do your experiences correlate to the job requirements?
It has Hr screening and then hiring manager levels. Both were quiet positive and people were knowledgeable. I got both experience and also work ethic related questions. It was an average process considering the technical questions.
