For internship position, I went through one face-to-face interview. The interview was about 30 - 50 minutes.
In my experience, before attending the interview, HR sent me a PDF file containing the most recent monthly report of a project. During the interview, HR asked me to explain what I understood from the report and what could be responsible for the increase/decrease in the chart. Then for the remaining minutes, they mostly asked about my previous experiences and achievements, questions about my skills, and tested my English-speaking skill. In my friend's case, instead of reading report, they were asked to showcase their Excel skill (or design skills depending on the position).
Overall the interview experience was great, HR was supportive and willing to answer any questions. They replied about 2 - 3 days later if you passed.
