The process was organised quite well. The HR is quite open and transparent about current challenges of company and always responsive when I had questions, which really help a lot through the whole process. The best HR I have been working with so far. I also had chance to meet nearly the whole team, and people are quite friendly and open. There is a truly flat hierarchy, which might need a bit enhancment of management responsibilities. Cultural fit was also organized quite well. A tech challenge with minimum bare expections needs to setup tho.
