Initial interview with recruiter followed by a TEAMS interview with the Regional Manager. Very quick turnaround from the 1st to the 2nd or the 2nd interview would’ve been in person according to the Regional Manager. Second interview was very through with a detailed run down of the position, expectations and where the role was going. For me, I was asked to run through my relevant experience and then we transitioned to standard behavioral questions. The next step was an online assessment - think SAT for adults. Very long, multi step questions with a time limit for the entire exam. Can’t say enough good things about the Regional who interviewed me, wish I could say the same about the recruiter who ghosted me. My follow up was met with an immediate reply that “they were going through the candidates” and would have an answer whether I’d goto the next step by end of the week. Emailed the following week and received no response. I’ve emailed several times since and received no response whatsoever. Very disappointing to put all the time and effort into the process with no closure provided. How hard is an “thanks for you interest, but ….” email?

Phone screen with recruiter which took around 30 minutes. I was told I would hear back on next steps and never received a call or email. Found this to be quite unprofessional.
