Applied on line, took on line test which was not too difficult, a bit of math and common sense will see you through. Few days later got a phone call which was an interview, very nice interviewer who explained the job and asked me a few questions about what I had experienced in my days as a self employed contractor. Received a very encouraging email after a couple of days and was scheduled for a personal interview. Good personal interview, was asked questions like what do you feel was one of your best experiences on a job? Also what was one of the worst experiences etc. No trick questions and a good explanation of the job the prospects and bonuses was given by the interviewer (who was the technicians supervisor)
