Easy and the interview very short, interview was great and personal-able. All remote through zoom and cell. They didn’t give me a lot of time to ask questions, very fast moving. Just very casual conversation.

There were 3 rounds of interviews with different people from the department and HR- everyone was really nice but the process was very drawn out. Overall not a bad interview experience.
The first step was an email with some questions based on my experience, then there were three interviews. This could’ve easily been one Zoom interview but they don’t care about your time (everyone is remote, not difficult to schedule a meeting with three people). One person may have glanced at my resume, I was told there was high turnover in operations management. I was supposed to have a fourth interview almost a month ago, but I have to assume I’ve been “ghosted” at this point because no one has responded to my request for an update. I hope I’m not actually still being considered because I couldn’t deal with this level of disorganization and how unprofessional leadership is five days a week.
