I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Dec 2013
Interview
Interview process was unnecessarily lengthy. As far as I know they never did a reference check on me. Everyone i wrote down as a reference would have told me had they been called. It was an easy interview they didn't ask a whole lot of questions that were difficult to answer, it was all common sense. After the interview and i was hired there was nearly eight hours of company videos I had to watch. All of which were unnecessary and didn't help me at all in the job.
