External HR company then DHL itself. The interview with the external company went well, they sent me to the second round of interview. Next day I had the interview in DHL with my Teamleader and when I finished I left got into my car and the HR company already called me that I got the job. Super quick, super easy interview.
Very straightforward interview process, great communication and welcoming atmosphere. Challenging questions based on experience and what i would bring to the table. The largest focus however was whether I would be a good cultural fit, which DHL take extremely seriously. I got the impression a good culture was of paramount importance.
