The central HR team contacted me by phone to invite me to an interview. She was very knowledgable about the process and helped me on preparation. Their web-site has an enormous amount of information on it so it was easy to research the organisation and be informed at the interview. The job description was very detailed and gave a lot of information amount the role. The interview was friendly and informal and I was told straight away (in the interview) I was through to the 2nd stage. Which I really liked as the waiting to hear can be so hard! Unfortunately it did not turn out to be the role for me, but the experience was very positive.

Started off casually with personal information and ice breaking questions. Moved on to talk about Self PR and personal experiences. Provided some situations and asked for personal decision regarding to that situation.

There was a group task, not related to the industry, and this was followed by an individual interview and finally a presentation. The interviewer was a previous graduate which was helpful as he was able to describe the scheme.

Nach dem Bewerbungsgespräch auf Rückmeldung zu warten, kann zermürbend sein. In diesem Gespräch war schon der Interviewer während des Gesprächs unkoordiniert. Seltsame Art ein Vorstellungsgespräch zu führen. Nicht empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn man bedenkt vor welchen personellen Herausforderungen die Logistikbranche steht.
