Basic customer service questions but included a pre-screening aptitude test. The test was a combination of deductive and numerical reasoning, math questions I haven't done since high school. A lot of what comes next in the sequence questions.

Dann wurde mein Werdegang angefragt, den ich erläutern durfte. Danach ging es mit personelen Fragen weiter (Verhalten mit anderen in einer Gruppe). Zum Schluss wurden die Aufgaben und Abläufe erklärt und über Gehalt und Konditionen gesprochen.
