Interview
The process started with an initial call which was about a 30 minute screen. Then a video interview was set up. I interviewed with two people in the company and they asked standard and not challenging question about my specific experience, ability to understand P&L, handle conflict, and accept coaching. They offered to answer my question. Afterward they wanted me to take two Wonderlic tests. This took some preparation and the. About 30 minutes to complete. After they received those they asked to call two prior managers for recommendations and then do a background check. After this they reached out to do an in person interview where they offered me the job at the start of the interview.

Interview
Interview process is long. You will start with a digital interview on teams and then 2 in person emails. There is a mechanical test and a personality test. The whole process can take about a month.

They will ask about your previous job functions. They may also ask about your driving record.
Very long and drawn out. You will have 3 to 4 before any decision is made. It is to drawn out compared to most companies. It should be cut down to several interviews so time is saved on everyone’s part.
