Interviewed by HR then your future direct manager. Questions from HR are pretty standard, while hiring managers asks more about job experience and people management skills, KPIs, sales initiatives, etc

Thoughtful questions that were specific and tailored to the job and how my experience applied. The interviewer appeared organized over the phone, didn't speak fast, had thoughtful feedback after each answer. Not rushed

This was the first interview, moving on to the next phase, so no offer yet. There were several questions but here is one: What has been your most difficult career decision?

There were quite a few rounds, starting from HR to meeting the AGM/GM and it takes an average of 1.5 - 2 months till an offer is made. Ideally to speak more than one language would be helpful as well.
